Refund Policy
At Off-Road Motors Rabat, we are committed to providing a world-class adventure experience. To maintain our high standards of vehicle maintenance, fuel logistics, and professional guide scheduling, we operate under a strict cancellation framework. By booking a “Trajet” with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
I. Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that travel plans can change. However, because we reserve specific vehicles and expert monitors for your time slot, the following fees apply:

48 Hours or More Prior to Departure: Customers providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice are entitled to a 100% full refund of the booking deposit or total fee. Alternatively, you may opt for a free rescheduling to any future date and time, subject to our current availability.

Between 24 and 48 Hours Prior to Departure: Cancellations made within this window are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value. If you wish to reschedule instead of canceling, a flat 100.00 dhs administrative and convenience fee will be charged to cover the cost of re-organizing logistics and staffing.

Less than 24 Hours Notice or “No-Show”: Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to arrive at the showroom (IMM C2, N1, Hay Elmenzeh) by the scheduled departure time, will result in the total forfeiture of the booking fee. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be permitted under these circumstances.
II. Weather, Safety, and Operational Postponements
Off-road exploration and water sports are inherently subject to the elements. The safety of our clients is our absolute priority.

Provider Cancellations: If Off-Road Motors determines that environmental conditions—including but not limited to extreme thunderstorms, flash flooding, dangerous sea states for jet skis, or government-mandated trail closures—render the tour unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the session.

Compensation: In the event of a safety-related cancellation by our team, you will be offered a 100% immediate refund or the option for priority rescheduling at the earliest possible convenience at no additional cost.
III. Mid-Tour Terminations

Voluntary Exit: Once a tour has officially departed from the starting point, the service is considered “rendered.” No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued if a participant chooses to discontinue the tour early for personal reasons, fatigue, or lack of comfort.

Involuntary Termination: If a monitor is forced to halt a participant’s journey due to a violation of safety rules or reckless driving, no refund will be provided.
