Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Off-Road Motors Rabat. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Off-Road Motors, concerning your access to and use of our services, including all guided tours, vehicle rentals, and equipment usage.

  • Rider Eligibility & Legal Documentation: All individuals intending to operate a motorized vehicle, including quads and buggies, must be at least 18 years of age. At the time of arrival at our showroom in Hay Elmenzeh, you must present a valid, government-issued National ID or Passport for verification and insurance logging.

  • Mandatory Safety Gear & Protocol: Safety is our absolute priority. Every participant—both drivers and passengers—is strictly required to wear the professional-grade safety equipment provided by Off-Road Motors. This includes specialized helmets and protective goggles which must remain securely fastened for the entire duration of the excursion.

  • Strict Adherence to Professional Guidance: All our treks, from the 2-hour Rabat Discovery to the Full-Day Northern Coast Explorer, are led by certified professional monitors. You agree to stay within the designated paths and maintain the speed limits set by your guide. Off-Road Motors reserves the unilateral right to terminate a tour immediately, without a refund, if a participant’s behavior is deemed reckless, aggressive, or endangers the safety of the group.

  • Financial Liability for Equipment Damage: Our fleet consists of the latest high-performance models, such as the Segway 500cc Quads. By booking, the customer accepts full financial liability for any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment due to negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to follow the guide’s specific instructions.

  • Health, Safety & Physical Restrictions: Participation in off-road activities requires a baseline level of physical fitness. You are obligated to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to back or neck injuries, heart conditions, or pregnancies, as the terrain can be technical and physically demanding.
